Anyway.

During Sunday, I went to a Q&A session at the SJBA temple.the speaker was a 112 year old lady named Teresa Hsu and her good friend whose name I forgotten :)

Teresa Hsu Chih was born in the year 1898.She is a lady who has a heart of gold.She willingly help others without asking for anything in return.She believes that love conquers all.For a lady who is more than a hundred years old, sister Teresa is a very healthy person,she is also very sharp and witty.Although she is old,her heart is young.at the age of 67, she took up Yoga. :)

She also founded the 'Home of the Aged Sick' that cared for the unfortunate old people and the 'Heart to Heart Service' that provide food,clothes and monthly cash contributions to those who are in need.She said something that touched me deeply.This is something that she said to some of the old people she took cared of:"If your children don't love you, I will".It is really rare to find a person who will say that with sincerity.Truly,sister Teresa is a wonderful person.She ended most of her answers with 'Ha ha ha',she told us to laugh not from the mouth but from the heart. :)

Oh,and her favourite food is Char Kuey Teow and Vanilla Ice cream.NOT something you would normally hear from an old lady. :0
